Somatically guided - together we work through the blocks, the resistance that you have become aware of as well as those which you haven’t yet - cultivating trust within the body, making your natural expansion easeful and inevitable. Know that this is a lifelong journey and commitment is key. We combine somatic practices with practical tools and accountability to create lasting shifts. Drawing on all the tools I have available - movement, pleasure, play, ritual, Breathwork therapy, inquiry, with a central theme of deep listening and empowerment. I firmly believe that when we come into the body and cultivate a strong yet adaptable inner world, life falls into place. You will have regular accountability, check ins - and a weekly or fortnightly session with me. This is a one to one, focused container and calls for a strong commitment to creating new pathways. Session Details: 2-hour weekly sessions via Zoom.
